There are quite a few options to choose from when trying to decide to assemble a social media campaign. Below we have listed the main outlets that we recommend, although on a personal consultation we may suggest others to utilize as well. For most businesses though we usually suggest these four Social Media "Power houses."

Social Media Outlets that Lucky NY Recommends

Facebook is by far the most popular social media outlet and is the most recommended to be used by Lucky NY. With over 1.5 billion users world wide, it is hard to ignore its power within the global marketplace. Not only can this tool be used by businesses that are selling on a larger scale level, but by small businesses, artists, and musicians. If you have a business you , you should have a Facebook and Lucky NY can help from start to finish. We know exactly when to post and how to reach your key demographic.

Twitter is the fastest growing social media outlet currently. According to Edison, 51% of Twitter users follow companies and that 85% of users feel more connected to small business once they begin following them. Currently Twitter has 500 million users and about 1/3 of Twitter users, access their accounts daily! This is our second most recommended form of social media to be used here at Lucky NY, as most Twitter users access Facebook more frequently. We consider it a great supplement to Facebook posts.

Instagram currently has 150 million active users and is an amazing tool for businesses that have physical product that is visually engaging. We often suggest this outlet to customers as a supplementary outlet to those who also use Facebook marketing. By giving prospective customers a visual of what they can expect in quality in advance, it helps provide security and creates buying power. When seeing images that are visually appealing the customer is also more inclined to share this with others compared to seeing only a text post.

Pinterest is growing and currently has over 20 million users, mainly from the United States. While this is a relatively new form of social media it is great for small businesses that focus on anything doing with home decorating or projects. People use this outlet to post ideas to boards and ofter pin from what they find on the boards of others. While we rarely recommend this outlet, it can be very beneficial to some
